Each client is unique regarding their length and duration of therapy. We can decide together on a timeline and frequency of sessions based on your personal needs and concerns.

My Fees:

  • Initial intake/consultation - $225.00 (50-60 minute session)

  • Ongoing Individual - $175.00 (45-50 minute sessions)

  • Ongoing Couple/Relational - $200.00 (45-50 minute sessions)

    ** Extended sessions are available upon request

I accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA debit and cash. 

Insurance reimbursement option: I do not directly bill insurance at this time. Payment for sessions are due at the time of service. As a client, you have the right to seek reimbursement through your insurance company. Many insurance companies give out-of-network reimbursements for mental health services. Check with your insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options may be available for you by asking about your out-of-network, outpatient mental health benefits. I can provide you a monthly super-bill as needed for submission. Please note that most insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis in order to fulfill payment.

What to Expect: Our first meeting will last approximately 50-60 minutes. We will utilize this time to discuss what has lead you to seek therapy services, your past history, current life status, your treatment goals, how I may be able to assist you in reaching those goals, and determine the frequency of our appointments.  Ongoing sessions will last approximately 45-50 minutes (unless otherwise determined together) and the time will be spent working towards your treatment goals using talk therapy and possibly other therapeutic techniques and interventions as appropriate.

If you are unable to attend session, I require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations, with the exception of rare and emergent situations. Clients who miss appointments or cancel late will be charged the full session fee and according to my current policy.
